Ingredients
- 1 Pound Green Beans
- 1-2 Potatoes - small
- 1 Onion
- 1 Inch Fresh ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground Coriander

Instructions
- Wash and chop green beans and potatoes.
- Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
- Place the oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions, ginger and garlic.
- Cook until onions are soft and translucent.
- Add salt, chilli flakes and turmeric.
- Stir and cook until aromatic.
- Add the beans and potatoes.
- Stir until all items are blended.
- Cover and cook on medium-low heat until beans and potatoes are soft and cooked through. Check while cooking and add bit of water if needed.
- Once cooked, sprinkle ground cumin and coriander.
- Serve with rice, quinoa or as a side dish.
