Air Fryer Salmon Cakes
Fryer Salmon Cakes are a quick, easy and healthy meal. Cooking salmon cakes in the air fryer make them crispy on the outside and keep them tender and moist on the inside. My version is gluten free, dairy free, packed with flavour and made with fresh salmon, almond flour and a few other staple ingredients. An easy dish that can be eaten on a bun or on it’s own. The assembly is quick and easy and take only 10 minutes to cook in the air fryer. This is also a great way to use leftover cooked salmon – just adjust the cooking time by 3-4 minutes.
