Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Raw cashews soaked overnight in water If you can't soak them overnight, place the cashews in a bowl with boiling water and cover for 15 minutes. Discard the water before using.
- 3 Tablespoon Almond or other nut milk
- 1 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
- 2 Teaspoons Lime or Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan salt (or pink salt)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin ground
- 3/4 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust the spices to your preference.
- Serve with tacos, as a dipping sauce or spread.
