Cashew Crema
This is my favourite Taco Tuesday sauce. It’s intense in flavour and high on the healthy scale. My unique version is savoury, spicy, tangy and so creamy! And it’s all completely vegan. Serve it with tacos, as a dipping sauce, in sandwiches and even over salads.

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust the spices to your preference.
  2. Serve with tacos, as a dipping sauce or spread.
