Ingredients
- 1 Block Firm Tofu
- 1 Tablespoon Avacado oil
- 2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan salt (or pink salt)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
- Place the Tofu block between two paper towels and two plates. Place a full can on the top plate to squeeze the water out of the tofu. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut to tofu into 1/2 inches cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the avocado oil and toss.
- Add the cornstarch and toss until all the tofu cubes are evenly covered.
- Add in the remaining spices and toss until all combined and the tofu pieces are evenly coated.
- Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket, make sure the tofu cubes are not touching and not stacked (see photo above).
- Cook on 200 degrees C / 390 degrees F for approximately 12 minutes. Open the fryer and shake the basket every 5-6 minutes.
- The tofu cubes are ready when they are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.
- Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce or enjoy on them on their own!
