Crispy Air Fryer Tofu
If you love crispy air fryer tofu, cooking it in an air fryer knocks this recipe out of the park! I added my favourite spices, but you can add any of your favourites and make this your own! Crispy on the outside and soft on inside – these do not disappoint!

  1. Place the Tofu block between two paper towels and two plates. Place a full can on the top plate to squeeze the water out of the tofu. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Cut to tofu into 1/2 inches cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the avocado oil and toss.
  4. Add the cornstarch and toss until all the tofu cubes are evenly covered.
  5. Add in the remaining spices and toss until all combined and the tofu pieces are evenly coated.
  6. Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket, make sure the tofu cubes are not touching and not stacked (see photo above).
  7. Cook on 200 degrees C / 390 degrees F for approximately 12 minutes. Open the fryer and shake the basket every 5-6 minutes.
  8. The tofu cubes are ready when they are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.
  9. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce or enjoy on them on their own!
