Ingredients
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil or ghee
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 inch inch of fresh ginger cut into long thin strips
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- red pepper flakes to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander and cumin
- 1/2 head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (including the stem)
- 1/2 cup edamame
- Fresh coriander chopped for garnish (optional)
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Heat oil or ghee on medium heat in a heavy pan.
- Once the onions become translucent, add the ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Stirring occasionally
- Add salt, turmeric, and pepper flakes and stir.
- Add the cauliflower and 2 Tbsp. of water. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until cauliflower is soft but not mushy.
- Add the edamame and cook until edamame is heated.
- Add the ground coriander, cumin, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
- Stir until mixed and serve.
