Detox Cauliflower with Edamame
Ingredients

grapeseed oil or ghee

onion chopped
1
inch
inch of fresh ginger cut into long thin strips

salt

tsp
tumeric
red pepper flakes to taste

tsp
ground coriander and cumin
1/2
head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (including the stem)
1/2
cup
edamame
Fresh coriander chopped for garnish (optional)

tsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Heat oil or ghee on medium heat in a heavy pan.
Once the onions become translucent, add the ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Stirring occasionally
Add salt, turmeric, and pepper flakes and stir.
Add the cauliflower and 2 Tbsp. of water. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until cauliflower is soft but not mushy.
Add the edamame and cook until edamame is heated.
Add the ground coriander, cumin, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
Stir until mixed and serve.
