Instructions
  1. Wash and chop green beans and potatoes.
  2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
  3. Place the oil in a pan on medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onions, ginger and garlic.
  5. Cook until onions are soft and translucent.
  6. Add salt, chilli flakes and turmeric.
  7. Stir and cook until aromatic.
  8. Add the beans and potatoes.
  9. Stir until all items are blended.
  10. Cover and cook on medium-low heat until beans and potatoes are soft and cooked through. Check while cooking and add bit of water if needed.
  11. Once cooked, sprinkle ground cumin and coriander.
  12. Serve with rice, quinoa or as a side dish.
