Detox Tofu with Peas
Ingredients

grapeseed oil or ghee

onion chopped
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
turmeric
red pepper flakes
to taste
1/2
tsp
ground coriander and cumin
1
block
hard tofu cut into small cubes
1
cup
peas
(I used frozen)
fresh coriander chopped for garnish
(optional)
1
tbsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Heat oil or ghee on medium heat in a heavy pan
Cook the onions until translucent. Stirring occasionally.
Add salt, turmeric, and pepper flakes and stir.
Add the tofu and stir until mixed. Cover and reduce the heat to low for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. If the mixture becomes dry, add some water.
Add the peas and cook until peas are heated and cooked.
Add the ground coriander, cumin, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
Stir until mixed and serve.
Can also be served with cooked rice or noodles.
