Easy Palak Paneer (Spinach with Cheese)

Frozen Spinach chopped, thawed with water squeezed out
I used a 300 g package

Paneer, cubed and pan fried golden
Cube the paneer and pan fry in 1 Tablespoon of oil, turning until golden on all sides

Instructions
Heat oil in a medium size pan on medium heat.
When the oil begins to shimmer, add the onion, ginger and garlic.
Cook until the onion are soft, translucent and start to turn golden (3-4 minutes).
Add the salt, chilli flakes, cumin and coriander powders and stir until blended and fragrant.
Add the spinach and paneer and stir until combined.
Turn the heat on low, cover and cook for 5 minutes more stirring occasionally.
Add the smoked paprika and stir until all combined.
Serve hot with rice, quinoa, chapati, naan or any flatbread.
