Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cooked pasta
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove smashed and chopped
- 1 Cup Sweet summer peas Fresh or from frozen
- 1/4 Cup Flat leaf parsley chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
- Place a shallow frying pan on medium heat, when hot add the oil and heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and cook until the garlic is light brown and aromatic.
- Add the cooked pasta, pea and heat until hot.
- Remove from heat, and add the parsley, salt and pepper (I like red chillies to add some heat).
- Transfer the pasta onto a plate and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and enjoy!
