Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup Coconut milk
- 3 Tablespoon Tamari or low-salt soya sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1/3 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired, add more maple syrup for sweetness, chili for heat, rice vinegar for acidity or tamari for saltiness. To adjust the consistency, add more coconut milk to thin it out and more more peanut butter to thicken it.
- Perfect for noodle dishes, salads, dipping, spring rolls and more.
- Sauce can be stored covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
