- 20 baby potatoes cut in half with skin on
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil or ghee
- 3 cloves crushed garlic chopped
- fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Set oven to 375 degrees to preheat.
- Mix oil or ghee, garlic, salt, pepper.
- Add the potato.
- Mix until potatoes are coated with the oil mixture.
- Spread an oven pan with parchment paper, add potato mixture and sprinkle rosemary on the potatoes.
- Cook in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
- Serve right away or let cool.
