Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic
Ingredients

baby potatoes cut in half with skin on
1
tbsp
grapeseed oil or ghee
3
cloves
crushed garlic chopped
fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Set oven to 375 degrees to preheat.
Mix oil or ghee, garlic, salt, pepper.
Add the potato.
Mix until potatoes are coated with the oil mixture.
Spread an oven pan with parchment paper, add potato mixture and sprinkle rosemary on the potatoes.
Cook in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Serve right away or let cool.
