This Ultimate Green Protein Smoothie is my most favourite smoothie. Definitely my most go-to smoothie recipe. It uses heathy, anti-infammatory ingredients like green spinach, protein powder, coconut water and fruit to deliver fiber, potassium, electrolytes, vitamins, iron and so much more. The raw ingredients nourish the body, help curb hunger and leave you feeling completely satisfied. Drink it for breakfast, a snack or post-workout rejuvenator, the benefits are immense.
I was never a smoothie person, especially a green smoothie person. My journey with smoothies began when I wanted to rejuvenate and energize myself after my morning workouts. I threw together some healthy ingredients, tweaked the portions and ended up with this beautiful Ultimate Green Protein Smoothie. And when I created this recipe, it changed my life. I would make it every morning for years and take into the city with me to enjoy for breakfast at my desk.
It’s so easy and simple to make. Put all the the ingredients in your blender and mix. Feel free to adjust the taste to your preference and add in hemp seeds, chia seeds and other superfoods for maximum nourishment. Some smoothies are full of high calorie ingredients, this recipe however uses only 5 low calorie, powerhouse ingredients for ultimate benefit.
Nourishing, healthful food does not have to be difficult to prepare. All you need here is a blender, so get mixing and raise a glass to your good health!

- 1 Banana sliced Fresh or Frozen
- 1/3 English Cucumber cubed Peel on or off as per your choice
- 1 1/2 Cups Spinach fresh
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
