Turmeric Infused Lotus Root
Lotus Root are loaded with vitamins, minerals, protein and dietary fiber. Lotus root has a delicate, sweet taste and a crunchy texture. It is usually added to stir-fries, soups, curries, and stews. In soups, it has a softer texture but stays firm. Stir fired it is tender crispy and infused with the detoxifying properties of the turmeric, this is a super nutritious power food.
